Vibe Wear offers “Open Box Policy’’ which means while receiving our product you can check your parcel at your doorstep.


Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

 

Return & Exchange Eligibility:

1.Defective/Damaged/Incorrect/Incomplete Products: If the product received is defective, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, or if the size does not match the one ordered at the time of delivery, you can return it to the delivery agent.

2.Change of Mind: We do not accept returns/exchanges due to a change of mind.

 

Return & Exchange Terms:

  1. We offer an ‘Open Box Policy,’ allowing you to check your parcel upon delivery. When returning a product, you are responsible for paying the delivery charge to the delivery agent. If the delivery charge was prepaid, no additional payment is necessary.
  2. Exchange of a product will incur an exchange charge, equivalent to the regular delivery charge.
  3. The product must be returned in its original undamaged manufacturer packaging/box.
  4. The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed. Ensure the product includes original tags, user manuals, warranty cards (if applicable), freebies, and accessories.

 

Refund Policy & Process:

  1. Upon meeting eligibility criteria, if you’re eligible for a return, you can claim a refund (excluding delivery charges). Once we receive the returned product at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 2 working days from the return receiving date.
  2. For Pre-Order/Global items where you’ve paid in advance (including delivery charges), if the product isn’t received within 25 working days, you can claim a refund.

 

In case of issues like customs delays or political obstacles, delivery may take an additional 7 working days, but you still can cancel your order and ask for refund.
